Mr. J. Saadhullah is a seasoned finance professional with over a decade of experience in audit, taxation, accounting, and company secretarial services. His career reflects a strong commitment to regulatory compliance, accurate reporting, and dependable financial stewardship across diverse industries in Sri Lanka.

He holds qualifications as a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians (MAAT), a Diploma in Islamic Banking and Finance (DIB – Ibsl), and is an ACCA Finalist. With a comprehensive background in financial audits, tax advisory, and corporate governance, he is known for his analytical approach and stakeholder- focused delivery.

As a Director of Jawaamil Group, Mr. Saadhullah plays a strategic leadership role in shaping the Group’s financial direction. He also heads the Finance Division, where he oversees budgeting, compliance, and financial operations across the Group’s entities. Additionally, he serves as a Director of Global Edge Accounting Partners, supporting international clients with outsourced accounting and consultancy services.
