She is a Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA), a qualified MAAT, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Colombo. Her academic and professional journey has been shaped by a diverse background across both mercantile and audit environments.

Since joining Jawaamil Group in 2015, Zahraa has served as a Working Partner from January 2019. In this role, she leads audit teams with a focus on regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and strategic insight—ensuring clients receive exceptional service and value.
