Managing Partner
Mr. Jawaamil is a founder partner of the Jawaamil Associates, JSA Associates and the Managing Director of J & A Management Systems (Pvt) Ltd. He has also become the Managing Partner of LM Associates, which is in practice since 1949 since 2013. He provides leadership to all the above said firms.
He commenced his professional career as Government Accountant in1987. Soon after completed the ACA, he established the own firm Jawaamil Associates in 1996. After his wide experience in the industry, he had established "J & A Management Systems (Pvt) Ltd." in 2001 and "JSA Associates" in 2008.
He is now a fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka. Also he holds a honours degree in Bachelor of Commerce.
He is a founder member and Ex- Chairman (1984 - 1994) of the Rural Development Foundation (RDF), which is an NGO doing projects over 100 M. He is a Member of Advisory Commission of Company Law, a Member of the Taxation Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a Member of the Taxation and Law Committee of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants.

Mr. Thavaraj is a senior partner of LM Associates. He commenced his professional carrier in 1973 and has been a partner of this firm since 1979. He has very good experience in Audit , Taxation and Business Advisory Services.
He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and a fellow member of The Institute of Certified Management Accountant of Sri Lanka. He has served in several committees of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and provides services to Clients in planning tax strategies to improve business values and to fulfill compliance requirements.

Mr. Jamaldeen is a Fellow Member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountant of UK and Fellow Member of the CPA Australia. He started his career as an Audit Examiner in the Auditor General Department and he was trained by M/S Manoharan and Sangakkara (Chartered accountants) for the training requirement of CASL. He has worked as Group Financial Controller of a group of companies in Garment Industry before he migrate to New Zealand. He has been a Tax Agent of Inland revenue department of New Zealand for six years and Tax agent of Australian taxation office for three years. He has gained over 25 years experience in Bookkeeping, accounting, auditing, Tax and business consultancy services in Sri Lanka and in abroad.
